Marjolein Warmerdam

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a nurse practitioner in training since 2021. I specialize in care for patients with esophageal and stomach cancer.

In my role as a nurse practitioner in training I concern myself with medical tasks as well as nursing tasks and I guide patients before, during, and after their treatment. It is important to me that our patients are always central to their own treatment during the entire process.

Everybody here is approachable, and the collaborations between the various disciplines are good, which makes the NKI a nice place to work. Together we try to provide the best care possible.
