Suzanne Onderwater

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2009. I transferred here from a general hospital because I loved working with oncology patients. I started out at thoracic oncology at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and moved through pharmacology to the breast cancer and gynecology inpatient department. I enjoy caring for and treating patients as part of a trial next to my regular patients because the new developments can really help these people. 

I also spend one day a week working at our outpatient clinic, where patients with all tumor types receive their treatment. This brings a lot of variety to my work.
