Reconstructive surgery

Vulvar abnormalities are often treated with surgery in which all abnormal tissue is removed. To allow the wound to heal as well as possible, this surgery is performed together with a plastic surgeon who can perform reconstructive surgery where necessary. This allows us to provide the optimal treatment necessary (the removal of all abnormalities with sufficient margins), with an extra focus on proper wound healing through reconstructive surgery.
