Prostate cancer is the most common cancer type in men over the age of 45. Our physicians, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants, nurses, and researchers fight hard every day to deliver the best treatment with the highest quality of life to men with prostate cancer. We are the largest specialized prostate cancer network in the Netherlands and part of the Dutch Prostate Cancer Network.

We use the latest treatment techniques and technology. All prostate surgeries are robot-assisted using the DaVinci Robot.
Strong focus on supportive care, like physical therapy, mental health care, or rehabilitation.
We collaborate with the Amsterdam UMC location AMC and the VUmc, St Jansdal, Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep, Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis, and Andros Mannenkliniek as part of the Prostate Cancer Network, with all prostate cancer surgeries taking place at the NKI to ensure that we can reach the highest quality of care in the Netherlands.
