Plastic Surgery

The plastic surgery department at the Netherlands Cancer Institute concerns itself with the various cancer types that require reconstructive surgery besides the removal of the tumor.

This includes breast cancer, skin cancer, soft tissue tumors, urological tumors, and gynecological tumors.
The various specialists will usually come together to perform the surgery.
You can only receive treatment at the plastic surgery department if you have been referred by another specialist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute.
