I trained to be an ENT doctor at the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC. After my training as a head and neck surgeon at Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc, I was offered a position at the Netherlands Cancer Institute. 

It is my goal to treat every individual patient to the best of my ability. The treatment options, chances for the future, but also the quality of life after treatment are important topics to discuss.
We conduct fundamental oncological research at the NKI in order to develop new treatment options that can further improve our patients' prognoses and survivorship.
