Judith Kunst

I have been working as a social worker at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2001. I graduated as a social worker in 1993. 

The Social Work Department offers psychological support to patients and their loved ones during all stages of the illness. During several consultations, we will try and help you find solutions to deal with the problems resulting from your illness. My expertise is contextual care. This means that I consider and use the connections between you and your family, as well as your other meaningful relationships by investigating ways in which you have dealt with difficult situations in the past, and the things you learned when you were younger. My other expertise is in marriage guidance.
