Thierry Boellaard

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a radiologist since May 2018. Within my field, I primarily focus on diagnostic imaging for lung cancer and abdominal cancer (such as in the colon or prostate).

Our institute guarantees the highest quality of care, starting with careful diagnostics. As a radiologist, I want to map out the stage of the illness as accurately as possible. Together with specialized teams of committed physicians, we try to deliver each patient the best care possible.

At the Netherlands Cancer Institute, we have the opportunity to combine our clinical work with scientific research. I like to contribute to a greater understanding of cancer and its treatment from my own specialty.
