The Netherlands Cancer Institute played a big role in my journey towards becoming a surgical oncologist. I conducted scientific (PhD) research in breast and skin cancer patients. I also completed my surgical residency and fellowship at the Netherlands Cancer Institute. 

As of October 1, 2017, I have been working as a staff surgeon with a focus on breast and thyroid cancer. The accessibility of all our specialists and the innovative scientific environment at the Netherlands Cancer Institute make our patient care unique. We have personalized treatments for all our patients.
