Melianthe Nicolai

I have been working as a urologist and researcher at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since early 2021. 

My mission is to improve the quality of life of patients who have survived cancer, especially regarding sexuality. Nowadays, more people survive this illness and remain in good health for years, which makes healthy sexual relations more important than ever before. 

The NKI is a pioneer in improving care for cancer patients. There is no better place for me to hold my sexology consultations and conduct my research in this area.
